We put Vitamin-C into most of our products as an anti oxidant.

Left to its own devices oxygen prefers to break up the delicate natural molecules that make up the flavours and appearance of our drinks. Vitamin C’s technical name is Ascorbic acid and it is very effective at absorbing any oxygen in the bottle while it waits for purchase and consumption.

There is not enough to class the drinks as a useful source of Vitamin C, but this is an inherently harmless ingredient.
