we include real herbs renown for their use in traditional herbal medicine for centuries.
we select, blend and handcraft the herbal extracts that go to the heart of our drinks ourselves here in Riverhead, New Zealand.

in 1987 we published this low budget commercial gathering a cult following to the phrase “CH’I… the drink that knows its own name”.
while we may look a bit different now, we still offer the same rejuvenation of real herbs in sparkling water.
