It’s an ugly story
We start with the roots of the Ginger plant (Zingiber officinale), and white Ginseng (Panax Ginseng).
They are far from pretty, but have a long and well respected role in traditional herbal practise.
We hand craft the extract that makes our Ginseng and Ginger taste so fresh and slightly earthy.
After 25 years experience using Stevia, the incredibly sweet, no calorie herb, we’ve learned how to use it’s sugar reducing talent to full potential. Using stevia we’ve reduced the sugar to less than half the level of a regular soft drink – but without any of the bitter flavours that stevia can be associated with.
